U.S. International Trade Commission Determines Not to Review Initial Determination in Electric Motor Service, Inc. Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review the initial determination granting Electric Motor Service, Inc. a dismissal of the investigation, and is seeking written submissions on a potential remedy for the defaulted company
