MT.Derm GmbH and Nouveau Cosmetique USA Inc. File Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent Infringement

MT.Derm GmbH of Germany and Nouveau Cosmetique USA Inc. of Florida have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies are infringing on their patents for ink application devices and components, and requesting the Commission to investigate and issue exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
