US Commission Launches Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations into Chinese Drawn Stainless Steel Sinks

The US International Trade Commission has initiated investigations into Chinese imports of drawn stainless steel sinks, alleged to be sold at below fair value and subsidized by the Chinese government, to determine if they are harming the US industry, and must reach a preliminary decision by April 16, 2012.
