Foundry Coke From China; Scheduling of an Expedited Five-Year Review

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) is scheduling an expedited review to determine if revoking the antidumping duty on foundry coke from China would lead to continued material injury. The review is based on section 751(c)(3) of the Tariff Act of 1930.
