U.S. International Trade Commission Decides Not to Review Initial Determination in Trade Case

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination amending the complaint and notice of investigation in a trade case, following a joint motion to make changes to the complaint. The commission made this decision in response to a request from the parties involved.
