U.S. Commission Reviews Antidumping Duty Order on Seamless Carbon and Alloy Steel Pipe from Germany

The U.S. Commission has initiated a five-year review of the antidumping duty order on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Germany to determine if revoking the order would lead to continued material injury, and is seeking input from interested parties by May 2, 2012.
