U.S. International Trade Commission Partially Reviews Final Initial Determination in Tariff Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review the final initial determination in a tariff investigation, following a ruling by the presiding administrative law judge that no violation of the Tariff Act of 1930 occurred.
