U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Certain Food Containers and Packaging

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint from Fabri-Kal Corporation, alleging that certain food containers and packaging infringe on a U.S. trademark and pose a threat to a domestic industry in the United States.
