U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Communications Equipment Settlement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review the initial determination made by an administrative law judge, which terminated an investigation into a settlement agreement regarding certain equipment for communications networks. The investigation has been officially closed.
