U.S. International Trade Commission Decides Not to Review Investigation Termination

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review the initial determination that terminated an investigation into a settlement agreement between a complainant and a respondent. The investigation was based on the execution of a settlement agreement, following a joint motion by the parties to end the investigation in its entirety.
