U.S. International Trade Commission Spares Certain Wireless Devices From Review, Upholds Initial Decision

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review the initial determination to amend the notice of investigation for certain wireless devices with 3G capabilities and their components, following a motion by the complainants to amend the complaint.
