Certain Drill Bits and Products Containing the Same; Institution of Investigation Pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1337

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint alleging that certain drill bits and products containing the same infringe on three U.S. patents. The complainants, Boart Longyear Company and Longyear TM, Inc., are seeking an investigation and potential exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
