USITC Determines Not to Review Initial Determination on Semiconductor Patent Infringement Allegations

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review an initial determination to amend a complaint and notice of investigation regarding allegations of patent infringement by Nanya Technology Corporation of Taiwan and Nanya Technology Corporation of the USA against certain semiconductor chips and products.
