USITC Investigates Patent Infringement Allegations by Caltech

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has received a complaint from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) regarding alleged patent infringement by companies importing and selling CMOS image sensors and products containing the same. The complaint seeks an investigation and potential exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
