US Commission Schedules Final Phase of Countervailing Duty and Antidumping Investigations on Chinese Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells and Modules

The US Commission is scheduling the final phase of investigations into subsidized imports of Chinese crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and modules, which could determine if these imports harm the US industry. The investigations cover imports from subheadings 8501.31.80, 8501.61.00, 8507.20.80, and 8541.40.60 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States.
