US International Trade Commission Adopts Final Rule for Safeguard Investigations

The US International Trade Commission has adopted a final rule for safeguard investigations under free trade agreements with several countries, including Australia, Chile, and Singapore, with changes to correct typographical errors and expand upon rules for imports from Canada and Mexico.
