Motorola Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent Infringement

Motorola Mobility LLC has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging patent infringement by certain wireless communication devices and components, citing six U.S. patents, including the '580 patent and the '983 patent, and seeking investigation under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
