U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Lighting Control Devices, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has closed an investigation into American Top Electric Corp., Big Deal Electric Corp., Elemental LED, LLC, and Zhejiang Yuelong Mechanical and Electrical Co. following a finding of violation of section 337, and has issued a general exclusion order against infringing lighting control devices, including dimmer switches and parts, and cease and desist orders against the four companies.
