U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Avago Technologies for Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint from Avago Technologies regarding alleged patent infringement by certain companies, and is now investigating the matter, which could potentially lead to an exclusion order and cease and desist actions.
