U.S. International Trade Commission Issues Final Determination in Protective Cases Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has found a violation of section 337 and issued a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders, prohibiting the importation of infringing protective cases and components, and directing domestic respondents to stop production and sales.
