U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Part of LED Photographic Lighting Devices Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review in part a final initial determination related to a violation of the Tariff Act of 1930 in an investigation into Certain LED Photographic Lighting Devices and Components Thereof, following a September 7, 2012, ruling by an administrative law judge.
