U.S. ITC Denies Review of LG Investigation Ruling

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling by an administrative law judge that ended an investigation into certain light-emitting diodes and products made by LG, a South Korean electronics company, after a settlement agreement was reached. The investigation involved LG and its U.S. subsidiaries, LG Electronics U.S.A. and LG Innotek U.S.A.
