U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Investigation Termination Decision

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling that allows the investigation into Trans World International (New York), Inc., Green Wave International, Inc., and John Calarese & Co. to end due to a settlement agreement.
