USPTO Seeks Public Input on Harmonization of Patent Law

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking public comments on matters related to international harmonization of substantive patent law, including the grace period, publication of applications, and prior user rights, ahead of a public hearing on March 21, 2013.
