USPTO Proposes Elimination of Patents Search Templates
The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking public feedback on its plan to discontinue the Patents Search Templates, which have been underutilized since their introduction in 2006, and are now being replaced by the Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC) system.
