NCUA Submits Information Collection for Review and Clearance Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection related to requests for non-public records and employee testimony in legal proceedings, as part of its submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
