NCUA Submits Information Collection for Reinstatement and Change of a Previously Approved Collection

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is seeking public comments on a revised information collection to implement the Red Flag Regulations, which require Federal Credit Unions to establish policies and procedures to identify potential risks to account holders and the institution's safety and soundness, as well as to develop an Identity Theft Prevention Program.
