NCUA Submits Information Collection for Reinstatement Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is submitting a data collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for reinstatement, with changes, under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to help ensure credit unions comply with fair lending laws and regulations, and to identify discriminatory lending patterns.
