NCUA Submits Information Collection for Review and Clearance Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The NCUA is seeking public comments on its submission to OMB for reinstatement of a previously approved information collection, required under the Federal Credit Union Act to facilitate the purchase of assets or assumption of liabilities by federally-insured credit unions.
