NCUA Submits Information Collection for Reinstatement Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is resubmitting a previously approved information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for reinstatement, with changes, in an effort to ensure credit unions comply with fair lending laws and regulations, and to help determine whether financial institutions are serving the housing needs of their communities.
