NCUA Submits Information Collection for Reinstatement of Credit Union Information Security Program
The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is seeking public comment on its plan to reinstate the requirements for Federally Insured Credit Unions to maintain an information security program and incident response plan, as mandated by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
