The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is submitting a revised information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The collection aims to gather public comments on the requirement for federal credit unions to implement red flag guidelines and develop Identity Theft Prevention Programs.
