NCUA Submits Information Collection for Review and Clearance Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is seeking public comment on a previously approved information collection to allow federally-insured credit unions to purchase assets or assume liabilities of other financial institutions, in compliance with the Federal Credit Union Act of 1934.
