CPSC Issues Final Guidance on Inaccessible Component Parts in Children's Toys and Child Care Articles

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has released final guidance on component parts in children's toys and child care articles that are not accessible to children through normal use, following the enactment of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) in 2008.
