US Consumer Product Safety Commission Issues Final Rule on Third Party Conformity Assessment Bodies
The Consumer Product Safety Commission is establishing requirements for third-party laboratories that test children's products to ensure compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Act, as amended by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008.
