CPSC Requests Comments on Proposed Extension of Approval for Third-Party Conformity Assessment Body Registration Form

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is seeking public comments on a proposed 3-year extension of approval for a form used to evaluate third-party conformity assessment bodies that test for compliance to children's product safety rules. The current approval is set to expire on July 31, 2013, and the CPSC will consider all comments before requesting an extension from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
