CPSC Issues Rule to Update Lead Limits for Children's Products

The Consumer Product Safety Commission is updating its regulations to reflect statutory changes, allowing for exclusions from lead limits for certain children's products, as mandated by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 and Public Law 112-28.
