Bureau Publishes Final Rule on Supervisory Authority for Nonbank Covered Persons

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is establishing procedures to implement requirements of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010, allowing it to supervise nonbank covered persons when it determines they pose a risk to consumers.
