Bureau Amends Regulations X and Z to Implement Integrated Mortgage Disclosures Under Dodd-Frank Act

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is amending Regulations X and Z to combine and update mortgage disclosures under the Truth in Lending Act and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, as mandated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
