Several radio stations have submitted proposals to change their community of license, including CRANESVILLE BLOCK COMPANY, INC.'s WKAJ from Little Falls, NY to Saint Johnsville, NY, and CUMULUS LICENSING LLC's KRRF and KRUZ from Goleta, CA to Oak View, CA and Santa Barbara, CA respectively.
