Wireline Competition Bureau Asks for Comments on Cellular South and US Cellular Petition to Reconsider High-Cost Universal Service Order

The Wireline Competition Bureau is seeking public comment on a joint petition by Cellular South Licenses, Inc. and United States Cellular Corporation, which asks the Commission to reconsider its decision to reclaim high-cost universal service support from a competitive eligible telecommunications carrier when it relinquishes ETC status in a particular state.
