Petition for Reconsideration of FCC Rulemaking Decision

Kona Coast Radio, LLC is seeking to have the FCC reconsider its decision to grant a proposal by Big D Consulting, Inc. to upgrade an FM station in Hawaii, arguing that the public was not adequately notified of the proposal and that its own alternative proposal would have been more beneficial.
