FCC Amends Rules for Low Power Digital TV Stations

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has taken steps to resolve outstanding issues in a proceeding to facilitate a smooth transition of low power television stations to digital broadcasting, following a statutory deadline of June 12, 2009, for full power stations to cease analog operations.
