Radio Broadcasting Services; Gearhart, Madras, and Manzanita, OR

The Audio Division has made several allotments and changes to radio channels in Oregon, including the allocation of FM Channel 227A to Gearhart, and the substitution of Channel 248C3 for Channel 228C3 at Manzanita, and Channel *243C1 for Channel *251C1 at Madras, following a proposal by Cumulus Licensing LLC and a request from Black Hills Broadcasting, L.C.
