FCC Makes Non-Substantive Revisions to Broadcast Rules, Removes Obsolete Regulations

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has made several minor changes to its rules governing broadcast television, removing outdated regulations and rules without current legal effect, including the Fairness Doctrine and cable programming complaint procedures.
