FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Notification of Prescription Drug Shortages

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a draft guidance for industry on notifying the agency of potential prescription drug shortages, in line with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and the President's 2011 executive order. The agency is seeking public comments on the draft.
