FDA Eliminates Requirement for Publishing Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is updating its written agreements and memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with other departments, agencies, and organizations, eliminating the need to publish them in the Federal Register, as they are already posted on the FDA's website.
