FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Food Contact Substance Notification Program Information

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on the proposed collection of information for the Food Contact Substance Notification Program, including revisions to existing forms and electronic submission options, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
