FDA Eliminates Requirement for Publishing Written Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding in Federal Register

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is updating a requirement to publish written agreements and memoranda of understanding (MOUs) between the agency and other departments, agencies, and organizations, as it already posts these documents on its website upon completion, eliminating the need for Federal Register publication.
