FDA to Implement New Record System Exempt from Privacy Act Requirements

The FDA, part of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is launching a new system of records to handle research misconduct inquiries and investigations, which will be exempt from certain Privacy Act requirements to protect sensitive information.
